baseline antibody repertoire study published

We’re excited to announce that our study of the baseline human antibody repertoire has been published in Nature! Briefly, we sequenced the circulating antibody repertoires of 10 healthy adults at unprecedented depth and discovered a much greater than expected level of repertoire sharing between subjects. Additionally, we were able to compute much more accurate estimates total repertoire diversity, either within a single subject or across the complete cohort of subjects.

All of the raw data from this study can be found on the SRA. Additionally, intermediate datasets and the code use for data processing and figure creation is available on Github.
